Checkout and account

Purchases run through Whop, which handles your name, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not store your card details.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics and advertising pixels (such as TikTok and Meta) with cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. These providers may process your device and usage data under their own policies.

Chart screenshots

Screenshots you submit to the AI are processed to generate your analysis and may be retained temporarily to operate and improve the service. Please do not include personal information in screenshots.

Third parties

We share data only with service providers needed to run Wyck: Whop (payments and membership), TradingView (indicator access), AI and hosting providers, and analytics or ad platforms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties. You can request access to or deletion of your data through the Wyck page on Whop. EU and UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA.

Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of Wyck after a change means you accept the updated policy.
